Christopher Neal Boresi, 59, of St. Louis died in a crash on July 15 on Hwy. 30 west of Gravois Road in Cedar Hill, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 2 a.m., Boresi was driving a westbound 2006 Sterling L90 when he reportedly lost control of the truck due to a medical incident. The truck traveled off the right side of the road and down an embankment, striking multiple trees and a ditch, the report said.
“The crash scene was not found for several hours after it occurred,” Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Dallas Thompson said.
A deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office pronounced Boresi dead on the scene at 11:22 a.m. July 16. Edward’s Mortuary transported Boresi to the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office, the report said.
The Highway Patrol no longer publishes names of those involved in accidents. The Medical Examiner’s Office identified Boresi as the man who died in the accident.
According to the report, Boresi was not wearing a seat belt, and the truck was totaled.
