Arnold Police are investigating the theft of tools from the bed of a pickup parked outside the Petco store in Arnold. The tools were worth about $4,000, police reported.
The victim, a 38-year-old Arnold man, said he left tools in the uncovered bed of a 2013 Ford F-150 between about 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 20 while he was shopping inside the store, 1211 Water Tower Place. He said when he returned, most of the tools were missing, the report said.
As of Nov. 30, none of the tools had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Capt. Rich Shular said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
