Arnold Police arrested a 38-year-old St. Louis County man for allegedly driving while intoxicated after stopping the car the man was driving due it not having its lights on at night, police reported.
An officer at about 8:20 p.m. May 5 stopped a 2011 Toyota Prius on Richardson Road near East Elm Drive. The man allegedly appeared to be impaired and failed field sobriety tests, the report said.
The man was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released to a sober driver, according to the report.
The man was issued a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal court for alleged DWI, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
