Downtown Great Falls - The Vault

GREAT FALLS, Mont. - There’s a lot happening in the local business community this fall, from new openings to ownership changes and expansions.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott in West Bank is now officially open. The extended-stay hotel is located along the Missouri River and offers modern accommodations for visitors.

Bricks & Minifigs, located on 11th Avenue South, held its grand opening and ribbon cutting on Oct. 11. Through the end of the month, the store is buying customer minifigures and offering 15% store credit in return. The business follows the motto “rebuild, reuse and reimagine,” offering everything from new LEGO sets to retired collections and bulk pieces.

Sealed Relics, a veteran-owned and operated shop, also opened its doors this month. The store focuses on trading cards and collectibles with an emphasis on quality, authenticity and community. On Facebook, the owner shared their vision to make Great Falls the central gaming hub of Montana, hosting Pokémon play leagues, Magic: The Gathering qualifiers and Yu-Gi-Oh! events.

Big Sky Bungee is preparing to open with an open house scheduled for Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors will have the chance to try on a harness, jump and fly. According to the business’s Facebook page, its mission is to empower women through movement, combining low-impact cardio, strength training, yoga and “bungeliates.”

Double Barrel Coffee House Cafe is under new ownership. Stephanie, a Great Falls native, announced the change on social media and said she plans to keep serving “the biggest, best breakfast in town” while adding new menu items and specials.

And finally, Build-a-Buddy is coming to Times Square. The business is counting down to its grand opening on Oct. 31.
