When Jefferson County residents go to vote April 7, they will have to decide several races for seats on boards governing countywide agencies, school boards, cities and other entities.

Five candidates have filed for two seats on the Jefferson County Health Department Board of Trustees.

Two people will face off for the Jefferson County 911 Dispatch board chair position, and two people have filed for the District 2 seat on that board.

The Crystal City, Festus, Fox C-6, Grandview, Jefferson R-7, Meramec Valley, Northwest R-1, Sunrise and Windsor C-1 school districts all have races for seats on their boards

In addition, the cities of Arnold, Byrnes Mill, Eureka, Festus and Kimmswick will have races.

The Rock Township Ambulance District and the Antonia Fire Protection District will have races for seats on their boards, too.

Filings for the April election closed Jan. 21.

The following is a list of candidates. Incumbents are denoted with an (I).

CITIES:
