There were lots of Jefferson County winners Tuesday (April 3) for money measures needing voter approval. Voter turnout was slightly better than the usual 15 percent,reaching 16.86 percent. A computer software glitch held up returns, but the Jefferson County Clerk's Office had numbers online by 10:30 p.m.
