A Pevely woman was hurt in motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon (April 21) on Victoria Road at Hwy. 67 south of Festus.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Jonathon Coffman, 41, of Pevely was riding a 2018 Harley Davidson at 3:49 p.m. when, as he was turning from southbound Hwy. 67 onto westbound Victoria Road, a passenger, Angela Kocher, 53, also of Pevely, was thrown from the motorcycle onto the road.
Coffman was not reportedly injured, but Kocher sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City, the report said.
An update on her condition was not available.
Both Coffman and Kocher were wearing safety helmets, the report said. The motorcycle had minor damage.
