A Pacific man and woman were injured early Monday (July 5) in a motorcycle crash on Hwy. F at Kilkenny Lane in the Jefferson County portion of Pacific, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 3 a.m., Curtis R. Milton, 43, of Pacific was riding a 2008 Harley-Davidson FXD north on the highway, and a deer struck the motorcycle, causing the crash. Both Milton and a passenger on the back – Stacy M. Milton, 45, of Pacific – were ejected, the report said.
Curtis Milton was moderately injured, and Stacy Milton had minor injuries, and both were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur, according to the report.
Neither one was wearing a helmet, the patrol reported.
The motorcycle was extensively damaged, the report said.
