A Fenton man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 14, in a crash on Old Lemay Ferry Road south of Seckman Road in Imperial, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 2:20 p.m., Justin G. Marks, 29, of Fenton was driving a northbound 2004 Dodge Dakota and traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree, the report said.
Marks was taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County where he was listed in serious condition Thursday afternoon, Nov. 16, a hospital spokesman said.
According to the report, Marks was not wearing a seat belt, and the Dodge was totaled.
