Judy H. Snyder, 67, of Dittmer was hurt late Wednesday afternoon (March 1) in a one-car accident on Calvey Creek Road north of Calvey Ridge in Dittmer, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 4:34 p.m., Snyder was driving a 2001 Chrysler Sebring south on Calvey Creek Road and fell asleep before the car ran off the left side of the road, where its undercarriage struck the ground, the report said.
Snyder sustained moderate injuries and was taken by Big River Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where she was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said this afternoon (March 2).
She was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The car sustained minor damage, the report said.
