Beth Hudson of Herculaneum describes her cat, Peanut, as inquisitive and affectionate. Peanut, 5, is an American yellow tabby.
“He is very curious and lovable and playful,” she said. “He’s feisty.”
Peanut’s curiosity can cause problems in the house, she said.
“We have to decorate the Christmas tree only on the top half so he doesn’t get the ornaments and the lights,” she said.
She said he sometimes overestimates his abilities.
“He likes to jump at the wall and try to climb up the wall,” Hudson said. “He doesn’t get very far.”
She said Peanut enjoys fresh air.
“He likes to go outside and play,” she said.
