Lisa Engle said she got her Shih Tzu, Harley, shortly before Christmas and the puppy’s arrival has brightened her Crystal City home.
“We just got her in Indiana and brought her home,” Engle said. “My husband gave the OK to get her and she’s the best Christmas present ever.”
Harley, now about 3 months old, is full of life, Engle said.
“We’re still learning her personality,” Engle said. “She’s full of play and curiosity right now. She’s full of love and kisses and cuddles.”
