Winners have been announced for the annual Arnold Days Car Show, held Sept. 21 at Arnold City Park.

The show included 154 entries, organizer Butch Cooley said.

“It was really nice,” he said.

Proceeds from the show will benefit the family of Randy Crisler, an Arnold Ward 1 councilman who died Sept. 4 at age 38.

Cooley said today (Sept. 27) organizers hadn’t yet determined how much money the show had raised for the family.

The car show was part of the Arnold Days Festival held Sept. 20-22.

Car show winners received trophies.

Jim Mennemeyer won the Best in Show award for his 1950 Chevy pickup.

Other winners were Chuck Summerfield, 1967 Chevy Nova, best paint; Bob Poursine, 1923 Ford T-bucket, best engine; Stu Langer, 1965 Chevy Chevelle wagon, best interior; Donald Dauberick, 1940 Chevy sedan, best flames; Jim See, 1987 Dodge Daytona, best graphics; Clay Erickson, 1967 Chevy Corvette, best of show (stock); Ray Finder, 2005 Mustang, best of show (modified).
