Allowing just three points in the fourth quarter, the St. Pius X girls basketball team beat Orchard Farm 39-29 to win the Eagles’ tournament on Friday in St. Charles.
The Lancers improved to 7-1 this season after beating Wright City and Duchesne in the other two tournament games last week and allowed an average of 29 points in three games.
St. Pius junior A.J. Agers was named the tournament’s most valuable player.
