The 6-1 senior forward broke the school record for career points in a 54-27 win at Pacific High on Jan. 24. Blankenship led all scorers with 24 points, giving her 1,353 this season. She’s one of 11 players in the St. Louis area averaging more than 20 points per game with 21.1 for the Lancers, who have a record of 10-6. A member of the St. Pius team that finished fourth in the state in Class 3 in 2024, Blankenship has signed to play Division I basketball at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.
