The three-year senior member of the varsity smashed her way to four home runs Saturday as the Jaguars won the Jerry Joyce Invitational. After hitting a home run in a 10-2 win against Eureka, Mathes clubbed three homers in the championship against Festus. Mathes had never hit a varsity home run before the season. She leads the hot-hitting Jaguars (17-4) with a .514 batting average.
