The senior running back/middle linebacker broke the school record for career rushing yards in Friday night’s 49-0 shutout against Seckman. Neibert rushed for 105 yards on 14 carries and scored three touchdowns against the Jaguars to give him 2,672 yards for his career. Micah Marino set the record of 2,605 in 2008. Neibert and quarterback Gavin McGinness and running back Cole Elwood form a senior backfield trio that has the Warriors 7-1 and challenging for a Class 5 District 1 No. 1 seed.
