The senior guard/forward was a force at both ends of the court against Herculaneum in Friday night’s championship game of the Doe Run Classic. Sparks, the most valuable player of the tournament, scored 14 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and had five steals as the Eagles improved to 5-1 with the 61-53 win over the host Blackcats. In six games, Sparks is averaging 12.3 points and 9.5 rebounds per game.
