At the Jefferson County Activities Association track and field championships at Hillsboro on April 24-25, the Festus junior captured the high jump with a height of 5-0, the long jump in 17-1.25 and the triple jump with a leap of 36-1. McMillin, who averaged 12.5 points for the Tigers during basketball season, qualified for the Class 4 state championships in 2018 in the triple jump.
