Zachary Wayne Langley, 25, of Barnhart died Dec. 10, 2017, at his home. Mr. Langley was a mechanic for Midwest Container in Barnhart. Born Jan. 16, 1992, in St. Louis, he was the son of Rickey Wayne Langley of Barnhart and the late Ann Marie Ponnath.
He is survived by his step-mother: Pamela Langley of Barnhart; his step-father: Ron Brewer of Hillsboro; two sons: Cameron Michael Langley and Jackson Langley, both of Barnhart; three sisters: Tiffany (Brian) Fricka of Ste. Genevieve, Kim Smith of Oakville and Chelsea Brewer of St. Louis; one brother: Bradley Brewer of St. Louis; five grandparents: Donald Langley of Steelville, Loy Nadine (the late Bob) Goetz of Barnhart, Pauline Yamnitz of Arnold and Frances and Richard Ebel; one uncle: Elmer Langley of Barnhart; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his pet pitbull: Dickie.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one uncle: Dale Langley.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, at Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home, 9115 Commercial Blvd., in Pevely. Funeral services will follow immediately at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, the Rev. Bobby Parrish officiating. Burial will be at Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to the Open Door Animal Sanctuary in House Springs. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home.
