William Milburn Rauls, 82, of Festus, formerly of Hillsboro died March 29, 2019, in Festus. Born Oct. 5, 1936, in St. Louis, he was the son of Rose Mae (Height) and William Franklin Rauls.
He is survived by a brother: Gary L. (Joanie) Rauls of Farmington; a sister-in-law: Susan B. Rauls of Hillsboro; and numerous family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Samuel J. “Sam” Rauls; and a sister: Marcia Ann Clayton.
Assembly will be from 10-10:45 a.m. Monday, April 1, at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home, 103 Fourth St., in Hillsboro. Graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Hillsboro Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Highland Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
