Victor Kolf, 77, of Dittmer died Nov. 20, 2017, at his home. Mr. Kolf was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed all types of hunting and fishing. He also had an appreciation for all kinds of music. Born Nov. 26, 1939, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Bertha (Heller) and Victor A. Kolf Sr.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Judith (Gonos) Kolf; five children: Cheryl (Rich) Feldhaus of Florissant, Lesa (Rich) Krite of Imperial, Gina (Mike) Stahl of Arnold, John Kolf of Kirkwood and Ken Kolf of Dittmer; 10 grandchildren: Richie, Amanda, Brendan, Ryan, Ashley (Connor), Matt, Adam, Julianna, Isabella and Sara; two brothers: Dennis of Richwoods and Donny of St. Louis; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by three sisters: Mary Lou, Barb and June.
A funeral service was held Nov. 25 at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill. Burial was in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Missouri Humane Society, 1201 Macklind Ave., St. Louis, 63110; to Vet Pet Rescue, 32 Clarkson-Wilson Center, Chesterfield, 63017; or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 9370 Olive Blvd. St. Louis, 63132-3253. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
