Tony Sigala, 82, Arnold

Tony Sigala, 82, of Arnold died July 4, 2022. Mr. Sigala was a member of American Legion Post 1 in St. Louis. Born May 10, 1940, in Rocky Ford, Colo., he was the son of the late Ramon and Isidra (Gonzales) Sigala. He is survived by his wife: Linda (Romero) Sigala and was preceded in death by his wife: Judith Anne Sigala

He is survived by two children: Brenda Priddy and Robert Sigala; two stepchildren: Lillian Martinez and Antonette Martinez; three grandchildren: Crystal (James) Laiben, Bradley (Jesi) Priddy and Jonathan Priddy; five great-grandchildren: Dylan Laiben, Oliver Laiben, Karolyn Laiben, Samuel Laiben and Riley Rae Priddy; three siblings: Josie Peterson, Connie Hernandez and Gilbert Gonzales; and many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by two children: Gina Carney and Anthony Sigala; and six siblings: Manuel, Frank, Lalo, Annie and Tomasa Sigala and Felipa Gonzales.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 8, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. Visitation will continue from 9 a.m. until the funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at St. David Catholic Church, 2334 Tenbrook Road, in Arnold. Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, July 11, in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to American Legion Post 1 in St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
