Thomas M. “Tapper” Wallach Jr., 29, of Cedar Hill died Dec. 7, 2013, at his home. Mr. Wallach is survived by his fiancé, Ann Pratt of Cedar Hill.
Funeral Mass was held Dec. 13 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in House Springs. Burial was in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
