Thomas James Ruess, 61, of Crystal City died July 20, 2013, at University Hospital in Columbia. Mr. Ruess is survived by his wife of 24 years, Jan Ruess.
A celebration of life is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, at the Stoney Creek Inn in Columbia. Memorials may be made to the musical organization of the donor’s choice.
