Terry Lee Stringer, 61, of De Soto died Dec. 12, 2022, in De Soto. Mr. Stringer worked as a maintenance supervisor for Marathon Petroleum. He enjoyed woodworking, finishing furniture, small engine repair, being outdoors and spending time with his dog, Kid. Born Oct. 24, 1961, in Festus, he was the son of Lonnie and Thelma (Coleman) Stringer.
He is survived by a son: Daniel; two daughters: Rachel and Bridget; two brothers: Charles (Nancy) Stringer of St. Peters and Lonnie (Diana) Stringer Jr. of Norwalk, Iowa; three sisters: Patty (David) Brooks of Tennessee, Linda Dixon of Festus and Kathy (Dave) Harring of De Soto; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother: Alan Stringer; and a sister: Sandy Whaley.
