Tammy Sue Clines, 55, Festus died Jan. 15, 2020, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Clines was a cake decorator for Walmart and Shop ’n’ Save in Festus and Crystal City. Born Nov. 21, 1964, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of the late Joan Ann (Vinyard) and Eddie Lowe.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Dennis Clines.
She is survived by a daughter: Kala (Joe) Linville of Crystal City; a brother: Tracy (Pam) Lowe of Festus; a brother-in-law: Dwayne (Melinda) Clines of Arnold; three nephews: Jeremy and Sidney Lowe and Ryan (Penny) Clines; two nieces: Emily Lowe and Ashley Nolte; a great-niece: Alexis Nolte; and two great-nephews: Anthony Nolte and Harley Clines.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. Funeral services will be at noon Thursday, Jan. 23, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
