Tammie T. Johnson, 53, of Imperial died April 25, 2016.
Born May 13, 1962, in St. Louis, Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker. She was the daughter of Rowena Lato and the late Jasper Lato.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband: Robert Johnson; two daughters: Sara (Jamie) Hooker of Imperial and Kristen (Mike) McCloy of Blackwell; a son: Jonathan Johnson of Columbia; three grandchildren: Jack, Reese and Faith; six brothers and sisters: Row (Ron) Hughey, Brenda Ramsey, Sheila Lauderdale, Brian Lato, Becky Lato, Timothy (Connie) Lato; nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and sisters: Mike (Sandy survives) Lato, Fran Teague and Alfonso Lato.
Visitation is 3-9 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons Funeral Home, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. A funeral service will be held at noon Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to an educational fund for Mrs. Johnson’s grandchildren, payable to Robert Johnson (FBO Johnson’s Grandchildren Fund on memo line) at Members 1st Credit Union, 4702 Mattis Road, St. Louis, 63128.
