Sue Carol Crouch, 73, of Mesa, Ariz., died Aug. 1, 2020, in Mesa. Ms. Crouch’s world revolved around her family. She was a fun lady who enjoyed meeting up with her friends for game nights, playing bingo, cards and dominos. She was born Nov. 26, 1946, in Asheboro, N.C., the daughter of the late Jaunita Roberta (Steed) and Charles Ralph Beekman Jr.
She is survived by three children: Lynda (Sherman) Ferguson of House Springs, Rebecca (Elizabeth Niemira) Pease of San Tan Valley, Ariz., and Carl (Alicia) Crouch of Fort Stewart, Ga.; a stepdaughter: Laura Simms; 11 grandchildren: Casey, Caitlyn, Danika, Courtny, Haley, Desiree, Jacob, Charles, Tyler, Patty and Levi; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers: Ralph (Juanita) Beekman and Scott (Karen) Beekman; along with numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at the funeral home, followed by burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
