Stephanie Elizabeth DeRousse, 51, of Festus died Thursday, Jan. 13, at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis. Mrs. DeRousse was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in De Soto. Born Dec. 10, 1970, in Berea, Ohio, she was the daughter of Dawne (Eppler) (Robert) Wells of Maryland Heights and Michael McCarthy.
She is survived by her husband: Terry DeRousse Jr.; a son: Dylan DeRousse of Festus; a daughter: Ariel McCarthy of Festus; three sisters: Michele Strohmeyer of Overland, Melanie (Robert) Peterson of Ballwin and Abbi Wells of Ballwin; a brother: Robert (Brooke) Wells of Mesa, Ariz.; a granddaughter: Kylie DeRousse of Festus; nine nieces: Yasmine, Joanna, Shashia, Cede, Paige, Victoria, Izabel, Kira and Anne-Marie; and four nephews: Trent, Maxx, Damarion and Dominic.
Services were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Homes, Festus.
