Shawn Holloway, 46, of Dittmer died Oct. 2, 2015, at the Dittmer home of his father. Mr. Holloway was a chef at TJ’s Bar and Grill in Pevely. He was a member of the VFW Men’s Auxiliary. Born Dec. 2, 1968, in St. Louis, he was the son of Ed Holloway of Dittmer and Lorelei (Ed Heidelbach) Holloway of Palm Coast, Fla.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son: Cody Rice of St. Louis; a sister: Gina Holloway Harris of Festus; and three nieces: Hayley Harris, Erica Harris and Jesica Harris.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, at the pavilion at WestCityPark in Festus. Memorials may be made to any local charity that benefits the homeless. Arrangements are under the direction of St. Louis Cremation.
