Rylie Dawn Wagner, 13, of Columbia died April 4, 2017. Miss Wagner was a seventh-grader at Hallsville Middle School, where she was a member of the choir and the Anime Japanese Art Club. She attended The Crossing and was active in the church’s middle school youth group. She was an artist and enjoyed music, singing and dancing. She also played several instruments and spoke three languages. She also was a member of Authority Gymnastics. Born Feb. 24, 2004, in Rolla, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Renee (Keith) Overstreet of Columbia and Brian Dennis (Heather) Wagner of Argyle.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers: Ryan Odest Wagner and Oliver Caniglia; a sister: Adrianna Overstreet; her grandparents: Lorene and Delmas Becker Jr., Peggy Wadlow, David and Kitty Overstreet, Gary and Sharon Sweet and Phil and Ester Hamilton; her great-grandmothers: Marie Wagner and Bettie Wadlow; her great-grandfather: Delmas Becker Sr.; five uncles: Lance Overstreet, Christopher Becker, Jason Becker, Brad Wagner and Joseph Backues; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by two great-grandfathers: Odest Wagner and Floyd Wadlow.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, April 9, at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel, 1610 N. Garth Ave., Columbia, followed immediately by a celebration of life officiated by Pastor Justin Garrett. Memorials may be made to The Crossing. Arrangements are under the direction of Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel.
