Ruby B. Becker, 84, of Imperial died Dec. 23, 2019, in Imperial. Mrs. Becker was a licensed practical nurse. Born Sept. 24, 1935, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Estella (Mitchell) and Donald L. Williams. She was preceded in death by two husbands: William “Bill” Bovaconti and Alvin “Bud” Becker.
She is survived by three sons: Chris (Brian Gonsalves) Bovaconti of Imperial, Billy (Dee) Bovaconti of De Soto and Tony (Rachel) Bovaconti of O’Fallon; a daughter: Terry (John) Kennamann of Byrnes Mill; seven grandchildren: Johnny, Katie, Krista, Billy, Brian, Stacey and Tanner; 10 great-grandchildren: Kaleb, Sam, Lily, Cameron, Cambell, Johanna, Grayson, Malaki, Zahara and Kia; and a sister: Sue (Ed) Swan.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Harold Williams and Don Williams; and a grandson: Tyler Bovaconti.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County, with a funeral service taking place at 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to BJC Hospice or to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
