Rosetta L. Trask, 67, of Festus died April 3, 2020, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Ms. Trask was born June 26, 1952, in Modesto, Calif., the daughter of the late Leo E Sawatzky and Verneice (Kern) Kiernan. She enjoyed knitting, crafting and spending time with her best friend and caregiver, Janet Lange; and her dog: Ellie Mae.
She is survived by a daughter: Shannon (Tom “Skip”) Whitener of Festus; a granddaughter: Shawna Hudman of Crystal City; a sister: Deb Haar of California; her friend: Jim (Magoo) Misluck; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Bonnie Watkins; a sister: Laura Howard; and a brother: Roy Sawatzky.
Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
