Rosemary Rabb, 70, of Pevely died Dec. 30, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Rabb was a retired school secretary with Pevely Elementary School and a member of Festus Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Born Oct. 18, 1946, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Madeline (Buchanan) Moon.
She is survived by her husband: John Rabb; a daughter: Jennifer (Vance) Heitman of Festus; two sons: Jeffrey (Roxie) Rabb of Helena, Ala., and Mitchell (Tegan) Rabb of Pevely; two brothers: Roger (Deborah) Moon of De Soto and Phillip (Cynthia) Moon of Pelham, Ala.; and four grandchildren: Isabella Rabb, Harrison Rabb, John Heitman and Jocelyn Heitman. She was preceded in death by a brother: Larry Moon.
Visitation is scheduled for 3 p.m. and a funeral service at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main, in Festus. Memorials may be made to Festus Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
