Roland Eugene Bins, 79, of Crystal City died May 13, 2022, at his home. Mr. Bins was a retired parts man for Boemler Chevrolet in Arnold. He was a member of the Piedmont Eagles Club and the First Baptist Church of Festus-Crystal City and enjoyed boats, fishing and hunting. Born March 8, 1943, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Opal Luella (King) and Fred William Bins.

He is survived by his wife: Kaye (Lilly) Bins; two sons: Gene (Leslie) Bins of Dittmer and Brett (Tami) Bins of Crystal City; three grandchildren: Josh (Jessie) Bins, Ryan (Ashley) Bins and Matthew Bins; seven great-grandchildren: Mason, Braden, Mya, Kylie, Noah, Zoey and Vada Bins; a special cousin: Steve King; and numerous family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday, May 16, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillsboro Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Homes.
