Rodney Thomas “Tommy” Haddock, 61, of Festus died Nov. 23, 2020, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Crystal City due to complications from COVID-19. Mr. Haddock worked for McKesson Specialty Health and was a regional manager, Rad One Clinical Information Systems Radiation and Imaging, and was due to retire Nov. 30. He enjoyed spending time with his three dogs, Beau Beau, Cora Bell and CoCo, watching football, traveling, drinking wine, barbecuing and spending time with his family and friends. He was born July 12, 1959, in Moberly.
He is survived by his wife: Tammy Lynn (Risenhoover) Haddock; a son: Alex Haddock of Michigan; a niece: Symantha (Riley Naeger) Campbell of Festus; grandparents: Sharon Risenhoover and Poppy Lloyd Bush of Waterloo, Ill.; seven close friends: Nora, Junkie and Clayton Loughary of Crystal City, Lee and Sarah Moore of the Kansas City area, and Luke and Kristy Pierce of the Kansas City area; two grandchildren: Clayton and Estelle Wideman; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Nov. 27 at Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus. Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to Dogs for Our Brave, 6244 Clayton Ave., St. Louis, 63139. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
