Rita K. DeGonia, 77, of Imperial died Jan. 18, 2021, in Imperial. Mrs. DeGonia was retired and a member of the People’s Church. Born Aug. 2, 1943, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late William “Bill” and Ethel Bernice (Hunt) Gendron.
She is survived by her husband: Ronald J. DeGonia of Imperial; two children: Ronald K. DeGonia of Imperial and Kimberly Womack of Imperial; and four grandchildren: Kayla and Zac Abrams, Tayler Michelle Womack and Brandon Thomas Womack.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Saturday, Jan. 30, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Burial is in the Herculaneum Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
