Richard C. Huskey, 79, of Hillsboro died July 19, 2020, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton. Mr. Huskey was retired from Southwestern Bell after 32 years. He was the owner/operator of Huskey Software Solutions and Huskey Photos, and taught telecommunication classes at Jefferson College. He was a member of the VFW Post 1831 Auxiliary and had served as an alderman for the City of Hillsboro. Born Oct. 27, 1940, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Morie and Margaret (Clark) Huskey.
He is survived by his wife: Doris (McKee) Huskey of Hillsboro; two children: Rick (Jackie) Huskey of south St. Louis County and Clark (Janet) Huskey of Hillsboro; and two grandchildren: Reed Huskey and Riley Huskey.
Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
