Randall E. Sanders, 68, of Springfield died March 8, 2020, in Springfield. Mr. Sanders was a graduate of De Soto High School and served in the U.S. Navy. Born Sept. 1, 1951, in De Soto, he was the son of Vivian (Jett) Sanders Matlock of Owensville and the late Theodore Sanders.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three children: Cory (Cortnie) Sanders of Sedalia, Cayle (Tasha) Sanders of Kansas City and Kelley (Matthew) Pace of Marshall; a sister-in-law: Roseann (Fisher) Sanders of Overland Park, Kan.; four grandchildren: Keaton Sanders, Travis Miller, Taelyn Dorton and Averie Pace; two nieces: Katie (Sanders) Schweigert of Fort Worth, Texas, and Amanda (Sanders) Shafton of Lafayette, Colo.; and two nephews: Scott Sanders of Imperial and Joseph Sanders of Phoenix, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Nancy; a brother: Gary; and his stepfather: Will Matlock.
Private services will be held at a later date.
