Preston Kyle Alexander, 29, of Pevely died Jan. 21, 2019, in Festus. Mr. Alexander was a landscaper with Easter Mowing Service. He had attended services at Faith Church in Sunset Hills. Born June 9, 1989, in Des Peres, he was the son of Melissa (Easter) and Chester Alexander of Festus
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter: Mariah Shea Weekley of Imperial; one brother: Chad (Brandellan) Alexander of Festus; two sisters: Amy Becquette Easter of Wichita, Kan., and Chanel Alexander of St. Louis; two grandparents: Larry Easter of Crystal City and Mary Ann Lodholz of Festus; five uncles: Michael (Helen) Easter of O’Fallon, Mark Easter of Crystal City, Matt (Lisa) Easter of Festus, Gary (San) Alexander of Festus and Todd (Joline) Alexander of Festus; three aunts: Mindy (David Perfater) Easter of Festus, Diane Burdell of Festus and Debbie (Charles) Humphries; two godparents: Rachel Cook of Festus and Annette Alexander of Festus; a special friend: Ester Kacani of Chicago, Ill.; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by two grandparents: George and Hattie Alexander; and one uncle: Kenneth Alexander.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral services at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Pastor Lari Grubbs of First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ Church in Festus. Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to the Mariah Weekley Education Fund, c/o First State Community Bank. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
