Penelope “Penny” (Fisher) Field, 64, of Apex, N.C., formerly of Crystal City, died Oct. 3, 2013, at the Duke University Medical Center Bone Marrow Transplant Unit in Durham, N.C. Mrs. Field is survived by her husband of 44 years, Terry M. Field.
Funeral services were held Oct. 8 at Cary Alliance Church in Apex, N.C. Memorials may be made to Raleigh Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, 401 Harrison Oaks Blvd. Suite 200, Cary, NC 27513. Arrangements were made by Apex Funeral Home.
