Peggy Maurine Miller, 87, of Imperial died April 20, 2020, in Imperial. Mrs. Miller was a retired LPN. Born April 6, 1933, in Marble Hill, she was the daughter of the late John and Fern Stone.
She is survived by her husband: General James “Jim” Miller; five sons: Kevin (Kathy) Miller of High Ridge; Jeff (Mary) Miller of El Paso, Texas, Jerry (Lynn) Miller of Branson, John Miller of St. Louis and Joe C. (Pat) Miller of Imperial; a daughter: Janie (Joe) McBride of Ellabell, Ga.; two brothers: Larry (Adrienne) Stone and Joe (Mary Ann) Stone; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held at Kutis Funeral Home in south St. Louis County, officiated by Brad East. Burial was in the Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to the Open Door Animal Sanctuary. Arrangements were under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
