Pauline Ferrell, 87, of De Soto died Sept. 30, 2020, at Hillcrest Care Center in De Soto. Mrs. Ferrell, a Southern Baptist, was a retired salesperson with Belk Lindsey in Orlando, Fla. She was born June 11, 1933, in Chapmanville, W.V., the daughter of the late Mason and Belva (Sanders) Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years: Edward Ferrell.
She is survived by two children: Kelley (Ferrell) Kriens of De Soto and Randy Ferrell of Ellisville; a sister: Regina (Adams) Grubb of Eustis, Fla.; five grandchildren: Tim Kriens of Port Angeles, Wash., Rachel Gabriele of St. Louis, Tyler Ferrell of Waynesville, Shane Ferrell of Orlando, Fla., and Cody Ferrell of Orlando, Fla.; three great-grandchildren: Lorelei Ferrell of Waynesville, Cooper Ferrell of Waynesville, Capri Gabriele of St. Louis; and numerous other family members.
She was preceded in death by two siblings: Laver Gene Adams and Rose Hall-Stark.
Visitation is at 2 p.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Chapmanville, W.V., officiated by Pastor Tony Vance. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Logan, W.V. Arrangements are under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
