Paul W. AuBuchon, 91, De Soto

Paul W. AuBuchon, 91, of De Soto died July 13, 2022, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County. Mr. AuBuchon was a machinist for Doe Run and then worked as a custodian for the Hillsboro R-3 Public School District before retiring. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War. He was member of B.P.O.E. 689, a life member of Amvets Post 48 and a member of Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus Cardinal Glennon Assembly 1185. He enjoyed fishing. Born Dec. 9, 1930, in French Village, he was the son of the late Paul R. and Lillian E. (Barritt) AuBuchon.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy June (Hulsey) AuBuchon.

He is survived by a daughter: Angela (Greg) Cobb of De Soto; a sister: Dorothy Ann Garcia of Pomona, Calif.; and two grandchildren: Dakota and Dameon Cobb, both of De Soto.

Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, July 17, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 18, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 504 S. Third St., in De Soto, officiated by the Rev. Alexander Anderson. Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
