Paul Fredrick Hall Sr., 84, of Festus died Sept. 8, 2020, at his home. Mr. Hall was Street Department foreman with the city of Herculaneum for 27 years and a member of Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church. He enjoyed throwing horseshoes, Cardinal games, westerns, playing Pick 3 lottery and listening to blues music. Born March 7, 1936, in Kokomo, Ind., he was the son of the late Edward and Dora (Smith) Hall.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Annette Justine (Bingham) Hall; eight children: Dewhitt Bingham of Bloomington, Ill., Galin (Ingrid) Hall of Festus, Paula Hall of Pevely, Wanda Henderson of Festus, Tamela Bingham of Festus, Cara Blevins of CrystalCity, Vanita Franklin of St. Louis and Janice Jones of St. Louis; a brother-in-law: Stanley Bingham; a sister-in-law: Vera Bingham of Festus; close friend Henry Coffman of St. Mary; a special sister: Donna (Albert) Spicer of Festus; 31 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by six children: Larry Hall, Paul Hall Jr., James Hall, Ralph Bingham, Adrian Blevins and Valerie Shores; a brother: Earl Porter; and a great-grandchild: Kalise Hall.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Monday, Sept. 14, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins, in Festus. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
