Paul Anthony Simon, 37, of Herculaneum died Sept. 14, 2022. Mr. Simon was a telecommunications salesman. He enjoyed vacations and spending time with his family, friends and dogs and watching his son play baseball. Born March 4, 1985, in St. Louis, he was the son of Judith Ann (Stroup) and Thomas Paul Simon of St. Louis County.
He is survived by his fiance: Justina “Tina” Sides of Herculaneum; his son: Anthony James Simon of Festus; and two brothers: Joseph Michael (Sarah) Simon of Kansas City and Thomas Raymond (Mary) Simon of Atlanta, Ga.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Our Lady Catholic Church, 1550 St. Mary’s Lane, in Festus, officiated by Father Gregory Klump. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Homes.
