Patsy Ann Brumfield, 69, Crystal City

Patsy Ann Brumfield, 69, of Crystal City died July 5, 2022, at Scenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Herculaneum. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Born Sept. 2, 1952, in West Fork, she was the daughter of the late Thelma (Bowers) and Delbert Mathes.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Michael Brumfield.

She is survived by a son: Michael J. (Tracy) Brumfield of O’Fallon; a brother: James Mathes; a sister: Glenda Grommet; and two grandchildren: Allison Marie and Amelia Lillian.

She was preceded in death by six siblings: Verlon, Stanley, Edwin, Billy Joe and Betty Mathes and Janet Miller.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral services at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 14, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by the Rev. Terry Crank. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
