Patricia “Pat” Ann Aly, 81, of Herculaneum died Nov. 17, 2015, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County. Mrs. Aly was a long-time volunteer for the city of Herculaneum and a member of the Herculaneum Historical Society, Herculaneum Today and Tomorrow, Herculaneum Tree and Park Board and was named Herculaneum Citizen of the Year in 2013.
Born Aug. 13, 1934, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Blanch Weber and Charles Morris.
She is survived by one daughter: Rene Jean (Rick) Marberry of Festus; and one brother: Charles (Judy) Morris of Camdenton.
She was preceded in death by her step-father: Vern Weber and one sister: Myrna Tayler.
A memorial gathering will be from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, at Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home, 9115 Commercial Blvd., Pevely. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m. Nov. 21 at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Terry Crank. Memorials may be made to the Herculaneum Dog Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home.
