Thomas Joseph Mueller, 88, of De Soto died April 9, 2023. Mr. Mueller worked for RCA Corp/General Electric until he retired as a branch manager in 1987. He was a founding member of Victory Church (now GraceLife Chapel) in Pevely. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family. Born Sept. 8, 1934, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Margaret and Alfonse Mueller.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years: Mary Mueller; six children: Michael (Christine) Mueller, Robert (Patricia) Mueller, Donald (Kay-C) Mueller, Jean (Steven) Williams, Kathryn Mueller, and Patricia (Bruce) Puscian; 14 grandchildren: Louis (McCall) Masson, Denise Mueller, Thomas (Britney) Mueller, Michael Mueller, Rob (Cheryl) Mueller, Liza (Jerad) Mueller, Emma (Kyle) Mueller, Tyler (Katherine) Williams, Jordan (Ashley) Williams, Chelsea (Joshua) Dickson, Joshua Blattel, Mary Kate (Keaton) Bartsch, Kyle Puscian, and Aileen Puscian; and 15 great-grandchildren: Bella, Sawyer, Ryder, Aiden, Jade, Taylor, Lillia, Patrick, Mallory, Nora, Delaney, Lola, Vivie, Ruby and Jovie.
He was preceded in death by three grandchildren: Amanda, Austin and Eric.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a celebration of life service at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 15, at GraceLife Chapel, 1 Victory Drive, in Pevely. Memorials may be made to GraceLife Chapel Champion Fund. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
